All rewards have their own set of requirements, which you can find on the promo pages of each offer. You may need to opt in to the offer first to earn your reward. You can do this from the My Promotions page.

You can see all your rewards by clicking on the gift icon in the top-right corner of your screen, and selecting "My Rewards".

If you haven't received your reward, please check the following:

1. Offer requirements:
Verify that you have completed all other requirements for the promotion:

• Confirm that you did not use any other rewards (e.g., Profit Boost) when placing your bet.
• If the promotion requires you to opt in, you will need to have opted in/claimed the offer before placing your qualifying bet(s).

2. Qualifying bet:
If your reward is on sports, please double-check that the qualifying bet meets the following requirements:

• Check that you have reached, or gone above, the minimum stake for your offer.
• Check that the bet type (e.g., single, accumulator) matches the requirements of the promotion.
• Check the odds of your bet are within the specified range.
• The bet will need to settle before it counts - this can take a couple of hours.
• Check that you haven’t used any rewards, such as profit boosts or free bets, with your qualifying bet, as these bets will not qualify.
• Check which period the promotion is active for, in case the qualifying bet was placed outside this window.
