• Temporary suspension will happen to account for in game events that affect the outcome of bets. Example: Score next goal can be suspended in case a penalty kick has been awarded.
•  Permanent suspension will happen if a major, irreversible incident happens in the game you wagered on. Example: 'under - over 0.5' will be suspended after the first goal is scored, since the outcome of the bet has been decided.
• Technical issues or high traffic can cause delays or errors. In this case, we strongly recommend waiting a few moments, refresh the page and try again.
