If you're unable to provide a photo of your deposit method, we understand. We can accept alternative documents, such as a Proof of Ownership letter, to confirm you're the account holder.
A Proof of Ownership is a free-format letter provided by your bank if you no longer have the physical card.
The letter must:
- Include the last 4 digits of the card number (please make sure that the correct card details are provided)
- State the card's expiry date
- Display your full name
- Show the bank’s name and logo
- Be signed and stamped by the bank
