What happens after you submit your documents?
Confirmation of receipt: Our system automatically reviews your documents and confirms them via email or SMS within 30 minutes (often much faster). This notification confirms we have your documents; the approval process comes at a later stage.
Verification process: Our trained agents will carefully review your documents to ensure they're valid and complete. This usually takes up to 3 business days.

What about the result of my verification?
Successful verification: You'll receive a separate email confirming your documents have been successfully verified.
Unsuccessful or more information required: A member of our Support Team will contact you or you can reach out to us directly via Live Chat to receive an immediate response.
Is there anything I should keep in mind?
Check for clarity: Before submitting, ensure all required information is clearly visible on your documents. This prevents delays and requests for resubmission.
We’re working on it: You might see a status page indicating your documents are received but not yet verified. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. We're working on it!
