Paypal is an E-wallet we accept as a form of payment method. At certain times we may need to verify that the payment method you have used legally belongs to you and is yours to use. Therefore we may request that you submit a proof of Paypal, you may see examples and requirements for this document below.

Proof of Paypal:

• The information required must be done through your browser. The Paypal app does not show all information required. 
• Click on the wheel at the top right which takes you to your account details.
• All the information needs to be visible on the same screenshot/page.
• The Email, Full name, Logo and URL (when necessary) must be shown in the uploaded documents.
• Here are examples for what we are looking for on:
  • Desktop
  • Android browser
  • iOS browser

You may also go to the PayPal website - click on the wheel at the top right (on mobile click on your avatar) - select Data and privacy - Download your data - Scroll down and click "send request". Once the request has been sent, PayPal will send the document via email within 48 hours. the document will look like the following screenshots:
