In case of disconnection, the bet you had made is frozen and will be available to you the next time you connect. You will not be able to place any more bets before the suspended one is completed.
We advise you, should you be logged out, to delete the browsing history of your device and browser; in fact, this procedure prevents the most common technical errors. You can read our guide on how to do this in our How do I delete browsing data (history, cookies, cache)? article. We also recommend checking the status of the game round in your ‘History’ tab.
Please note that you may not always be connected back to the round you left on. This may be due to a variety of reasons, such as:
- The round has automatically finished, leading to being shown a normal game screen on re-connection.
- The round did not complete fully and will be presented the screen you left off at.
- The round did not complete fully and you will be presented with an error, which we advise you follow the steps in the How do I delete browsing data (history, cookies, cache)? article first before contacting our Customer Support.
