As soon as your account has been verified, we will send confirmation to your registered email address. If any of the documents you have sent us do not meet our requirements, we will let you know via email as soon as possible or you can view your verification status within your 'Account' and clicking on 'Account Status'
The main documents we may ask for are:
Proof of ID - A copy of a valid photo ID, such as a driver's licence or passport.
All four corners of the document, your name, your photo, date of birth and expiry date must be visible
Proof of Address - A letter in your name, such as a utility bill, insurance policies, bank/card statement, tax or welfare letter dated within the last 3 months.
Your name, your address, the sender's logo/name, and a date must be visible
Bank Statement - A bank statement showing Your name, bank account number and the bank's logo/name must be visible. Any additional information that we don't need, you can cover up.
You can either take a screenshot of your online banking or take a photo of the paper copy.
