Are you receiving an error message when you try to log in? This may be because your account is locked. No need to panic though! Chances are you have entered your password incorrectly more than 10 times - which has triggered a lock.
The steps to reset your password are as follows:
Step 1: Click on “lost password" (This can be found in the top-right of the main page on Desktop and in the Sidebar in the menu on mobile)
Step 2: Enter the username that you have registered with BetUK
Step 3: Click on "Send Email"
Step 4: Follow the instructions in the email.
Please keep in mind the following requirements for the new password:
Minimum 8 characters
At least one letter
At least one number
- At least one special character (!,#,?,*)
Password can’t be the same as email/username
- The password can't be changed to something that was already used before, it has to be a new one.
- You have 10 attempts before the account will be locked.
