Forgotten your password and can’t log in? It happens to all of us! Not to worry, simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on “forgot password" (This can be found in the "LOG IN" section, at the bottom of the credential's fields.

Step 2: Enter the email address that you have registered with BetUK.

Step 3: Click on Send the Link.
Step 4: Follow the instructions in the email.
Please keep in mind the following requirements for the new password:

Minimum 8 characters
At least one letter
At least one number
At least one special character (!,#,?,*)
Password can’t be the same as email/username
The password can't be changed to something that was already used before, it has to be a new one.
You have 10 attempts before the account will be locked.
If you have already reset your password and are still unable to access your account, please contact our support team. They will happily take a look for you and will be able to assist you further!
