Our aim is to always complete a withdrawal to the same payment method you used to make your deposit, however, Natwest are not accepting withdrawals to their debit cards at the moment. Please note, this also affects NatWest brands such as RBS, Ulster Bank, Lombard, Coutts and Holt’s Military Banking.
Therefore, it is required that you withdraw to your bank account instead.
Should this method not be available as an option on the withdrawal page, you are required to register the payment method first. In order to do that, you will need to make a minimum deposit via bank transfer/Truelayer (you will need to enter your bank account number and NOT the debit card number) and then withdraw the deposit as well as the balance to your bank account.
Please note, we can’t process the withdrawal using an e-wallet such as Paypal.
In such situations, we also require proof of your card and bank in order to complete the withdrawal, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Support Teams to activate the request through your Account Verification page.
